I,  J. S. Fauzdar started the Construction Company under the name “KAVERI” with the motto of providing quality constructed houses to the people of Agra. As around 40 years back there were only Government Agencies and Corporate societies building houses, and that too were generally for low income groups which in his opinion had a major scope of improvement.

So thus Kaveri Group of Companies was born. During last four decades we at Kaveri have constructed many projects including individual bungalow, row houses, multi storied apartments, commercials of super quality with all basic amenities required for a good living. The main aim of the company has been, to maintain transparency in dealings, good quality of construction at reasonable price, transparency regarding the areas of units sold and solid commitment value.

For the past four decade Kaveri has earned a name in the field of construction and it name symbolize quality construction, fair dealing and commitment in the mind of its customers. Now it’s the second generation has taken over the business and they are following the ethics of Kaveri. | wish them all the happiness and success in future and provides satisfaction to their customers and take Kaveri to its new heights.
